Jump. Land. Know.
कूदो, देखो, समझो।
Film a jump — live skeleton overlay and automatic rep count give jump height, flight time and more, right on the phone.
Average, not lucky: the score uses the average of the first 3 jumps, with time to take-off and dip depth — and the research behind each rule shown in-app.
सबूत के साथ नतीजे।

Load monitoring · on the phone Pro
Know the load. Before it piles up.
मेहनत का हिसाब, हर दिन।
HanU-X turns each session into a number and watches the trend for every athlete — with the research shown, and no wearables.
Athletes rate session effort (RPE 1–10); HanU-X multiplies by minutes. Session-RPE method, Foster et al. 2001.
This week compared with the 4-week average. Flags sudden load spikes that research links to higher risk (Gabbett 2016; Hulin et al.). A monitoring flag, not an injury prediction.
Seven-day monotony and strain from daily loads (Foster 1998), so a flat, unvaried week shows up too.
Balls and bowling days against ECB / Cricket Australia junior limits, plus ball-count spikes (Hulin et al. 2014).
Growth-spurt (PHV) estimate from body measurements (Mirwald et al. 2002) tags young fast bowlers in the growth window.
Load monitoring is part of HanU-X Pro. Coach-only view; numbers are computed on the phone. Training support, not a medical device — it does not diagnose or predict injury.

FAQ
Questions
What does load monitoring do in HanU-X?
Athletes log session effort (RPE) and minutes; HanU-X calculates session load (Foster et al. 2001), compares this week with the 4-week average (acute:chronic ratio), and shows seven-day monotony and strain. Fast bowlers also get ball counts against junior guidelines. These are monitoring flags for coaches, not injury predictions or medical advice. Load monitoring is part of HanU-X Pro, not the Free plan.
Which sports does HanU-X support?
HanU-X is multi-sport. Wellness, jump, FMS and sprint tools work for any sport; bowling analysis is one of several video tools.
Do we need any hardware?
No. An Android phone is enough.
Are athlete videos uploaded?
No. Videos are analysed on the phone and stay there. Cloud sync of small summaries is off by default.
Is it available in Hindi?
Yes — the app and PDF reports are available in English and Hindi.
Is it a medical tool?
No. HanU-X is educational decision support for training. It does not diagnose, predict injury or replace a doctor or physio.
Is there an iPhone app?
HanU-X is currently on Android via Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the app via Profile → Delete my account, or by request. See Delete account.
HanU-X is educational training support, not a medical device; it does not diagnose, predict injury or guarantee performance outcomes. Measurements from phone video are estimates and depend on camera position, lighting and technique. App screens shown are real HanU-X screens; screens marked EXAMPLE use sample data; clips marked AI illustration are generated illustrations, not real HanU-X test results. Load monitoring is part of HanU-X Pro. Pro features require a subscription after the trial. Android only. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
